The Sable Corvo, bought by San Martín in London and used by the General throughout the Pacific Campaign, has a long and interesting history. It was left in Mendoza, then it was taken to France, then to England, and finally brought back to Argentina. Stolen and recovered twice, it is now on display at the National Historical Museum in Buenos Aires.
