— “Why?”

— “I took a saliva test to find out my dna. Among the figures and percentages, an unexpected piece of information appeared: twenty-one per cent connects me to Málaga.”

The question, brief but delving deeply, opened a door within me that led me to Málaga, and in the absence of evidence, I imagined what that twenty-one per cent might entail.
