When Paul and his son Nicolás, the authors of this book, decided to visit Turkey, India, Nepal and Egypt with only a small rucksack each. They also decided on the philosophy of their trip: they wanted - as they themselves express it - "to travel with nothing but the clothes they were wearing, a light luggage and with an open heart to whatever they met, to flow with each story and with each person, to discover the other in his eyes, to learn ..."
This travel chronicle is, therefore, the record of an encounter experience, with different cultures, with their beauty, their history and their mystery and with people who live different realities, with other views of the world and with another sensitivity, and meeting other travellers, each in its own quest.
And a special, endearing encounter: the encounter between father and son, in a stage of life - a middle aged man and an adolescent - in which this brings a more valuable wealth than the most amazing landscapes and the most sublime monuments.
