The reader who takes this book in his hands may think, as he reads on, that he is being absorbed by a historical novel, an exciting genre in itself, where the events are unreal and the principal characters are heroes created by the authors imagination. But this is not the case. The events, that the author Ignacio F. Bracht narrates in frantic pace and details worthy of the script of a historical film, really happened, and its principal character was the German general Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck (1870-1964).
