Description
In this book, López Osornio describes the different types of buildings that were built in the pampa: the indigenous awnings, the ranchos (simple huts built by the gaucho), the local stores, the frontier forts, and explains the way they were built and the materials used.
Each description is accompanied by drawings and paintings by famous artists. A master class in spontaneous architecture.
